At Sylvana, our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and our team. Therefore, Sylvana will close effective March 24, 2020 for aesthetic services.
The following service are NOT affected by our temporary closure:

Thankfully we are unaware of any current COVID-19 exposure at Sylvana Institute but continue to take the necessary precautions to protect you and our team.
As a practice exclusively focused on elective services, we do not see many patients in our waiting rooms experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms in general. However, as Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a global concern, we wanted to update you on what precautions we are taking to ensure you have safe, healthy access to our services.
Prior to every visit, we are asking screening questions, to ensure symptomatic or at-risk patients reschedule their appointments to avoid community spread.
We following CDC guidelines regarding staff members who are ill or may have been potentially exposed to COVID-19.
As a medical facility, we have always had a policy of sanitizing any surface after each patient encounter - but we are increasing our vigilance and frequency of disinfecting during this time.
We are consistently using hand-sanitizer throughout the clinic spaces.
We have increased time between scheduled appointments to avoid crowding our waiting rooms.
