IV Therapies

At Sylvana we offer several different types of intravenous therapies depending on your personal needs and conditions.  These can range from immune system enhancement to detoxification and relaxation.  IV therapy is safe, effective and restorative.

One of the main benefits of intravenous treatment is that nutrients are infused directly into the bloodstream. Intravenous treatments therefore are exceptionally powerful because they circumvent issues with oral administration, including stomach upset, absorption issues, and loss of potency. Since the nutrients are infused directly into the bloodstream and avoid the digestive system, larger doses can be administered without gastrointestinal side effects.

Nutrient deficiencies can be caused by a number of conditions.  IV Nutritional Therapy may have positive effects or patients experiencing:

·        Aging

·        Allergies

·        Arthritis

·        Asthma

·        Autoimmune Disease

·        Anxiety

·        Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

·        Depression

·        Eczema

·        Fibromyalgia

·        Hypertension

·        Macular Degeneration

·        Migraines

·        Scleroderma

·        Gut Issues

Nutrient Therapy can be used to correct deficiencies, treat infections, diminish inflammation and assist in maintaining health. Some of the more common vitamins and minerals used in IV Nutrient Therapy are B-Complex, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Calcium, B12 and B6.

Based on your personal symptoms, our clinician can create a custom "drip" of IV vitamins for treatment. IVs are administered in our medical office under the supervision of trained medical clinicians.  Treatments can be very customized to fit your individual needs and should be discussed with your Sylvana clincian.
