Cancellation Policy

At Sylvana, your satisfaction is our utmost concern. We will always do our best to accommodate your appointment requests. Most procedures are booked several weeks in advance and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In fairness to all of our patients and the Sylvana Staff, we will be implementing a cancellation policy. As of July 1, 2008, our new cancellation policy will be:

A 24 hour notice is required for cancelling most appointments.
If notification is not received within this time frame, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.
A 48 hour notice is required for cancelling laser appointments.
If notification is not received within this time frame, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged.
To ensure that all patients receive their full treatment, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled service time.
Cancellations for Vaser and SmartLipo will be discussed with patients individually during the initial consultation.
A credit card number will be required to schedule procedural appointments.
