MesoDerm with Lipo-Dissolve is a body sculpting procedure that safely melts away fat, with no needles, bruising, pain, incisions or recovery time.

MesoDerm is an advanced drug delivery system which allows for the painless treatment of the face, chin, neck, arms, breasts (male and female), abdomen, love handles, buttocks, inner and outer thighs and knees.

How is MesoDerm different from other forms of fat removal?

The procedure is performed using an FDA class 3 medical device that is approved for the delivery of medications through the skin, thus avoiding needles, lasers and suction. This medical equipment, called MesoDerm, is the only medical device of its kind. The medication is all delivered at the same plane of tissue so that the fat is removed evenly, without the associated puckering and dimpling of the skin that may be seen with other traditional procedures.

Will the results last?

The results last as long as with any other fat removal procedure, and, when combined with a healthy lifestyle, the results can last for many years. However, we cannot prevent the changes that come with aging. Perhaps the best way to put it is that MesoDerm can give your body a fresh new start!

Are the treatments painful?

No, the treatment is similar to an ultrasound examination.

Are there any side effects?

With MesoDerm the potential side effects of bruising, pain, infection, disability and significant swelling are virtually nonexistent. Rarely, the skin may remain reddened and bowel movements may be more frequent for a day or two.

Are all patients candidates for Lipo-Pulse?

MesoDerm is not a weight loss type therapy. It is used to sculpt the body of unwanted fat. The VASER^® is a better alternative to removing large amounts of fat.

Tell me about the treatments.

Treatments are generally performed once a week but are adjusted for the individual patient. At the first treatment, measurements and photographs are taken. The treatment itself is usually 20 minutes per area.

How does MesoDerm reduce cellulite and fat?

The MesoDerm delivers Lipo-Pulse medications that destroy the fat cell, effectively eliminating it. The treatment also includes medications that disrupt the fibrous bands between the fat and the skin that cause cellulite.
